Fulfilment method
All products sold on Brand Spanking You™ are digital goods or professional services. No physical items are shipped.

How digital products are delivered

• Templates are transferred directly into your Squarespace account within 2 business days (often faster).

• PDF guides, checklists, or bonus files are delivered instantly to the email address used at checkout and are also available via the download link on your order‑confirmation page.

Shipping costs
Because delivery is 100 % digital, there are no shipping or handling fees.

Processing time
Most orders are processed the same day, but some customized website template weekend orders start processing on Monday.
