Food Photography + a recipe: Sea Salt & Rosemary Grain-free Focaccia
Food photography + a recipe
Welcome to a series where I like to show off some of my food photography work, but also share a recipe for you to enjoy.
I take so many photos of food and try so many different recipes, I thought this might be a fun series to start!
I’m thrilled to be kicking it off with this grain-free, sea salt and rosemary focaccia bread recipe from Gnom Gnom.
I’ve been adopting more of a grain-free lifestyle lately (my body just seems to prefer it) and I gotta be honest, most Keto and Paleo baking recipes I’ve tried are not that great. This, however, was a whole different story.
I LOVED how it turned out. The only change I made was the addition of hazelnut meal- I didn’t have enough almond flour so I mixed half/half almond flour and hazelnut meal for the full amount. I feel like it gave the finished focaccia a little more of a golden color.
Click over to gnom- gnom, give it a try, and let me know if you liked it as much as me!
