New Lifestyle Photography work: A hen party, that actually had hens.
Lifestyle photography for Country Living Magazine: A bachelorette Hen party
When your good pal has a history of throwing amazing soirees (remember this one?), you say yes to photographing anything she’s planning before you even get the details.
Imagine my surprise- and utter delight- when I realized she was putting together a hen party with actual hens.
These are the things you come to expect from Drinking With Chickens though.
You may have already seen a peek of this quirky little bridal shower though because it was featured in Country Living this summer. But I figured, what the hell, why not show you even more details from the day?
Loved the blush, rust, orange, and neutral color palette happening in all the details.
And it’s not really a party unless there’s a signature drink, amiright? Enter, the Blushing Pisco Sour. Head over to Drinking With Chickens Blog for the recipe.
Such a lovely day and lovely time meeting a truly fantastic group of gals. I highly suggest if you have friends with chickens, you figure out how to trick- er, um- mildly suggest- they throw their own brunch party and let their feather friends join in on the fun. (Insert standard Drinking with Chickens disclaimer here- keep the eatin part, and the chicken petting part separate. Cause you know… chickens… and germs. Also, hand sanitizer is always a good idea.)
Scroll through to see more details from the day.
