If you are an online coach or, or just a regular coach, or a service provider, I want to challenge you and I want to know how often you actually reach out to the people that you want to work with. How often you are chatting with them, and you just say to them, "Hey, I have this thing. I'd love for you to do it. I'd love for you to go through this process with me," or "I'd love you for you to be part of this program," or, "I think you're a great fit for this program." I'm not talking about in a salesy, send the weird scripted DMs. You know exactly what I'm talking about. I delete those. I run from those as fast as I can.

I will tell you that in the past year, I think, yeah, I'm pretty sure, every single person that I've hired to work with one-on-one through courses, or coaching, or programs, for the most part, every single one of those people invited me to do that personally, personally reached out to me in my DMs, or sent me a message, or sent me a voice memo, or sent me an email. They did it in a way that wasn't salesy at all. They weren't even looking for the sale. It was just like, "Hey, I'm doing this rad program or this rad thing, and I want to fill it with rad people. You're rad too, so, I don't know, why not." Every single time I said yes, because it just felt great.

If you are a coach, or a service provider, or someone doing one-on-one work, try it. If there's someone you want to work with today, just reach out to them. Send them a message or start a convo with them. Start a convo with them first, be chatting with them, and then, if it feels good, it feels right, in the moment, through that conversation, invite them and see what happens. There's a pretty good chance they'll say no too, but it'll start to feel better, and better, and better having those conversations.
